SYNC

A refill synchronization toolkit; SYNC can be used either as a pharmacy to synchronize eligible patients or as an individual to manage multiple medications and synchronize those medications to one refill date. SYNC consists of three key elements: the master sheet from which a SYNC plan is created, the SYNC plan that will determine when and how to synchronize a medication list from the master sheet, and the SYNC worksheet that will accompany each order to ensure the full master list is ready on time.

You can choose to download all components, or just individual components as needed. Select the box for each component you wish to download; selecting multiple will bundle each document into a .zip file. To extract, locate the file (usually in your downloads folder), right click, and hit “Extract all”.
