We all have a desire to achieve specific goals within life and live intentionally. However, even with the best intentions, sometimes we lose focus or face challenges that cause us to fail. Sessions designed to focus on you
We’ll break down barriers and build your toolbox to help you achieve your goals. Don’t know your goals? We’ll discover them and set you on the path. Over the course of 12 weeks we’ll dig deep and discover what really makes you tick.
Weekly mindset coaching
Build your life toolbox with group sessions. We’ll discuss barriers and how to break down those barriers, how best to approach challenges, and end with in-the-moment scenarios to demonstrate how to apply your new tools. We will dig deeper into your struggles and get you the answers you need.
Work together to help everyone succeed
You will be a part of a group of people all walking the same path. It’s easy to fall off the path and stay off the path when it’s just you; it’s harder when you’re with other people. You’ll be in accountability pods, connected with an accountability partner, and get weekly check-ins to help you walk your path. Your group will be like-minded women working towards big dreams in an environment that will inspire you to show up and step into your potential.
Start some MAYhem
Group fitness sessions through Zoom. Three workouts a week, written by me, an NASM-certified trainer. Workouts that will work for anybody. Step aerobics, HIIT training, bootcamp. Don’t have any equipment? That’s okay, I’ll show you how to modify each exercise to work with what you’ve got.
In addition to mindset coaching, group support, and fitness coaching, you’ll have access to bonus resources to help keep you on track.
