Seafood rub
A simple, slightly spicy rub great for fish or seafood.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 4 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- ½ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix all together and store in a tightly sealed container.1 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp celery salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 4 tsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground mustard, ½ tsp allspice, ½ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp nutmeg
Notes
Can be stored for up to 2 years. For more spice add more cayenne. I will typically add just a little more cayenne and a little less garlic. Original link to this recipe from Simply Recipes.
