  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix all together and store in a tightly sealed container.
1 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp celery salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 4 tsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground mustard, ½ tsp allspice, ½ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp nutmeg

Notes

Can be stored for up to 2 years.  For more spice add more cayenne.  I will typically add just a little more cayenne and a little less garlic.  Original link to this recipe from Simply Recipes.
